Story Hour by Kaori Watanabe

Hi everyone! It's time for March's kit inspiration. This week we have our talented DT from Hokkaido, Japan. Some of you may know her as Chelsea. Kaori have a very unique style of her own and her photography is one of a kind. Love to see more of her work? Do come back every Friday for more of Kaori's work.

About Kaori Watanabe
"Hello everyone, My name is Kaori Watanabe and I live in north of Japan, Hokkaido  with my hubby and four-year-old-son. I started scrapbooking in October of 2008, when having made my son's first album. At the beginning, I wanted to make an album of my son and began it, but I am attracted now by design itself.

Today, I still create pages about my son and include numerous photos of him when compiling a layout. Outside this preferred, popular subject, I also like to chronicle every day moments through scrapbooking, so everyday photos are a regular feature of my work.

Outside of photos, I love to incorporate numbers, alphabets and vintage ephemera into my layouts. I'm absolutely crazy about layout design too!"

Kaori first layout is simply breathtaking! She has incorporated with medium paint, Silhouette Cameo die-cut & stitching. She has always loved Crate Paper. Kaori has used Story Hour main kit and Illustrated add-on kit in this layout.

She loves using embellishments in various way.

The HOLIDAY word is cut using Silhouette Cameo machine.

I hope you enjoy this layout as much as I do. Do come back next week for DT Jaz SC kits posting!
