Did you know that you can use your Studio Calico kits if you are doing Project Life? It makes doing a weekly spread much easier as everything is co-ordinated to mesh with one another, and better yet it looks as if you carefully thought out using different lines/manufacturers to make your spread look unique.
For my spread last week, I used the Summer of '69 kit.
The alphas in this kit are just the right size for adding titles to the spread and the die cut elements helped to add colour and pop to the week.
All you may need from your own stash is some washi tape, a black pen and adhesive and you will be good to go.
It is simple enough to do, as Project Life is all about documenting the daily in and outgoings, but also looks like you took the effort to find different patterned papers that matched one another, when the simple secret is that you used a Studio Calico kit.
Hope this inspires you to think about using your kit in a different way.
